Adobe Security Flaw

Adobe Flash and Reader is a cross platform for operating systems, and with its strength comes a weakness that is now being exploited to carry a malicious act on our system. Unfortunately Abode has a little success in addressing these issues.

Modifying a PDF File with the intent of exploiting its flaw especially if it’s a legitimate PDF file and sending it to targets of specific value can enable the attack to bypass the security on a system and gain a much higher degree of success than the traditional approach.

According to the Adobe Product Security Incident Response Team a new security flaw is being exploited. The said vulnerability can cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the infected PC. There are reports that this vulnerability is being actively exploited on Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Reader and Acrobat.

Preventive action such as turning off JavaScript on your Adobe product or a better suggestion is to use an alternative reader for your pdf files. Unfortunately adobe flash will come hard when options are limited in protecting us against exploit. Extra care will come in handy when dealing with flash files, until HTLM 5 gain traction for viewing media content on the web.

Yes, when you want to say no

Waiting for your turn is quite a pain and you cannot do anything because some parents make use of their kids as the reason. I don’t know if you have encountered this situation but I tell you its blood boiling real time.

You’ve waited for an hour and when your turn came this mom ask you if her kid can go first, what can you say it’s just a hair cut and you’re not in a hurry, but man it’s frustrating to say yes when you want to say no, considering you’ve waited for your turn and to make things worst he wants the service of your favorite barber.

“Considering he is just a kid” but is it consideration or you just want to show off to the people around you that you have a soft heart for kids or are we becoming unfair to ourselves just to look good, Many of us Pilipinos are so like this we smile but we don’t mean it, we appreciate but at the back of our mind we are laughing or we say Yes but we want to say No. I know the truth can hurt but atleast you were true to yourself.

5 Pandesal Bigay ng Biyenan Ko

Unang araw ko sa bahay ng biyenan ko, limang Pandesal ang pinabaon sa akin pang alamusal ko daw sabi niya. Ngayon araw na ito 3 taon na ako dito may 5 Pandesal parin sa lamesa nakatabi para pambaon ko. Hindi ako nagrereklamo at hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi rin ako nagsasawa sa 5 Pandesal na pinapabaon ng akin ng biyenan ko.

Noong unang linggo ko sa bahay akala ko paraan lang ng biyenan ko para maging komportable ako sa kanya at sa bahay, isang taon ang nakalipas gumigising parin siya ng maaga para bumili ng Pandesal para ipabaon sa akin. Minsan binalak kung sabihin sa kanya na ok lang huwag na siyang mag-abala pero naisip ko baka mapahiya lang siya.

Ung limang pandesal ay sobra sa akin para sa umagahan ko lalo na pag bumili na ako ng palama sa canteen naming sa office gaya ng spam, hotdog o di kaya pritong itlog, hangang 2 piraso lang ako kaya kung minsan ung 3 piraso hindi ko na nakakain kasi may meal allowance naman kami na pwedeng kunin sa canteen para sa buong araw.

Minsan napaaga ako ng pasok at naabotan ko ang naglilinis sa kuwarto namin na si Habok, pasenya na hindi ko rin alam kung bakit Habok ang tawag sa kanya, inalok ko siya sa pandesal at tinangap naman nila kasi sabi ko na hindi ko naman makakain lahat un at sayaang naman. Nagpasalamat siya at nasabi nya na iuuwi niya ito para sa 4 na anak nya. Nagulat ako sa sinabi nya iuuwi nya ung 3 pirasong pandesal para sa 4 na anak nya pero hindi na ako nagtanong.

Sa awa ko sa naglilinis sa kuwarto naming ako’y nagpasiya na pumasok ng maaga para maabotan ko siya at ma-ipamahagi ang 5 Pandesal na pabaon ng biyenan ko. Mag iisang tano narin na pinaghahatian naming ni Habok ang tinapay na ito.

Napakabait ng biyenan ko yan ang tutuo dahil sa araw araw ng ginawa ng diyos bumabangon siya ng maaga para makabili ng 5 Pandesal para ipabaon sa akin na siguro ito rin ang naging inspirasyon ko para pumasok ng maaga para maabotan ang isang taong napapamahagian ko sa 5 Pandesal na ito.
